Car Tire Valve Stem Renewal - Without Removing the Tire

preview_player
Показать описание
Removing and replacing a tubeless tire valve stem without the need to remove the tire from the rim. This kit makes the process quick and easy and can be done in less than a minute. This video also shows the process from inside the wheel so you can see exactly how the kit works. NOTE: This tool is only for use with standard valve stems. If your vehicle uses a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) then you will need to remove the tire to replace the special sensor valves. Also, only use a rubber-friendly oil or grease to lubricate the valve for insertion. Petroleum-based greases will degrade the rubber over time. You sir, are the greatest video producer in the history of the youtube universe! In less than 4 minutes you've shown the first person and behind the scenes views of removing and installing a tire valve without speaking a word nor playing irritating music.

thank you. love to see the video to show inside of tire how it works.

although my problem was fixed. I purchased those fancy "cool" aluminum tire valve cap from aliexpress. they're shining and very cool. But after a whole winter season, I found that I can't get those cap out - those aluminum cap attached with copper valve so "well" due to salt/snow. all 4 tires are same. I just can't get the cap out. so eventually I asked car dealer to fix for me. they might use the same tool.

never ever buy those aluminum tire valve cap specially for people who living cold area.

No hook needed. The same tool used to install the valve can also be used to pull the old one right out. Ive done it myself a thousand times as a mechanic.

And for what it's worth, that tire needs to be replaced. The cracking on the sidewall is from dry rot.

Clever tool, not sure why you would need to replace a valve stem but I know how to now :)

Good luck trying to remove ATG's by trying this.
Many vehicles after 2008 have ATG's TPMS sensor. The first supercar has ATG's was Porsche 959.

Always replace the valve stems when getting new tires! Valve stems dry rot and produce blow outs! Leaks! And fail to fill tires over time! A very small investment that can safe your life!

I bought one of These in the 1980's! Sold by Liyle? Lysle?(Sp) i split the funnel one year, so its been mostly useless for decades! But it worked. Be careful how large a mushroom head is on the tire valve! The smaller ones probably won't split the plastic funnel.

works on steel rims only. Will damage valve hole if used on aluminum alloy rims

Not trying to be condescending, but what good is a Valve Stem Renewal tool these days when every car, except classic or antiques have those fantastic wonderful little tire pressure monitor devices that replaces the tire valve?
