The Target Image Meditation

In this exercise, you will imagine upgrading many aspects of your life and living experience, and then, you will step into the image of the actualized you, experience it fully and completely, lock in the experience with your 3 Finger Technique and then… you will step out of the image and place it above your Mental Screen so that it is always there to guide you to success!

i am a week in to the Silva method after having given up on life... long depression, anxiety, no carreer and dysfunctional relationships.

I’m tapping between so many Silva method promoters, trying to find the true, most genuine, the one I can believe in, amongst them is the Mind Valley, which claims to be the initial distributor of the Silva method but I couldn’t connect/ believe or tap into none of them except original recording of the late Jose Silva and THIS exercise. Thank you for this I wish I could know more about who promotes what..

Just a little feedback. Dont put advertisements in your meditation videos. They disrupted me two times deep into the meditation. Ruins the whole experience.

I listen to this meditation every single day, but now is interrupted with the adds, and it is really bad to be interrupted time that.
Add adds in the beginning and end, but please not in the beginning.

Use a different meditation. This recording stop for commercial breaks 3 times in 17 mins. Im here to forget things for a few minutes before I start my day and right before I start to settle into deepness a car commercial interrupted it all😢

Thank you Laura! I have been using the magnificent tools of Silva Mind Control Method for many years.

I was introduced to it by my father who learnt from your father. I have listened to the first Silva Mind Control recording with the Alpha sound and José Silva voice in Spanish since I was 7 years old. It has helped me immensely to center myself.
