Boksburg blast death toll rises to 15

The death toll from the devastating Boksburg gas tanker explosion has risen to 15. Among the deceased are three Tambo Memorial Hospital staff members. Health Minister Joe Phaahla assessed the extent of the damage at the hospital earlier. #DStv403
