Raj Khosla was a versatile filmmaker who was equally at ease with films of all genres – suspense thrillers, romantic, action-oriented and social dramas. He was also known as the ‘Women’s director’ as he understood a woman’s perspective more than any of his contemporaries. An apt example is ‘Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki’ which released in 1978 along with several big films and yet became a superhit.

Raj Khosla had a good ear for music and was an expert in song picturisations. The title track of ‘Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki’ written by Anand Bakshi, composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal & sung by Lata Mangeshkar was an instant hit. But the film had other songs too which achieved different levels of popularity. So which one qualifies as its ‘Anmol Ratna’ ? Watch the episode to find out.
