My favorite ars spell is actually one of its simplest one, mage light. I love not needing to worry about torches and being able to place one from halfway across the map

It’s more customisable BUT it trades off in literally every spell looking the same.

There's also the Hexcasting mod which lets ypu create your own spells too! Tho there it's much more complicated, since it's kinda like programming hah. Takes hours to go from a noob to actually achieving some effect you want

there's a ton of addons too. All of which add more glyphs and edit other glyphs. One of which, Adam's Ars plus, adds in Domain Expansions, Gojo's limitless, and substitution jutsu.

My favorite spell is hyper violent firework, you hit something, it gets sent 50 blocks up, set on fire, and then hit with flare causing them to become a big firey angry firework.

A really simple mod that i thinks is quite good is the infusion table wich just lets You put enchanments from ítems into books

I remember my friends and I’s chosens modded adventure SMP’s owner and her buddy being the best magic users there because of this mod and it’s WILD. They were battling multiple wardens zooming around from every direction, killing every enemy in the end dimension, flew around to travel quickly in the overworld, it was amazing to witness. I still don’t know how to use the mod but, I wanted to have a defensive type build.

I like how the The Shady wizard Zombie Villagers still have their normal head with them having a raised eyebrow

I really enjoyed Mahou Tsukai. It's very intricate and I love the barriers although I wish the mod got fleshed out more for things other than combat and your base. I really appreciate how you don't just instantly become strong it takes ages to make any magic weapon usable for more than just a single attack. The anime references are also really fun.
