Hello just one technical suggestion your personal website is missing SSL certificate you need to ask your technical team to get it free from your website hosting provider all hosting service providers are offering SSL certificate for zero extra cost your next question would be how does it matter? If you don't have a SSL certificate like let's encrypt open source you are missing on Google search engine rankings as Google SEO algorithms consider all non SSL certificate website as Spamming website and drop their ranking
