The choice: The Great economic revival of Donald Trump, or the dark winter promised by Joe Biden.

I am from South America in a country without African descendants (Chile). I migrated to the US in the 80ts. I could quickly see the differences between Black and White ( not pretty) overtime I saw further appreciation for the black figure. I think it had a lot to do with hip hop and rap music and videos. For the first time I saw crossover and it was promising. I dislike to see today that crossover has been tainted by politics and create separation again. I realized that America owes African descendants respect and gratitude and that the only way to demonstrate that is to facilitate the conditions for their advancement (education, fair wages, etc.) America could have been the most boring country in the world without the amazing energy and vibrancy of the African talent. Thanks for exposing such a strong and assertive point of view. And yes.. I agree that conditions will be better for all of us under Mr. Trump’s second term. God bless you sir!

It's good they found a black guy with an alternative mindset to voting other than Democrat however they strategically used a black guy who didn't promote trump too much he mention the economy and tax cuts but nothing much on prison reform as something done for is promoting trump but in a way that takes away the hype of all the accomplishments trump video was still very strategic in minimizing trump's accomplishments in the black community by using a black guy who doesn't acknowledge all those deceptive video

Difference is - Biden will admit mistakes AND Trump has been very clear about keeping Blacks out of the out of the suburbs.

Either way we lose. Politicians don't care about us. Since 9/11, every year gets worse and worse.

Not voting is foolish logic. That like saying "If I stand out in traffic and get run over, maybe people will take me seriously". Your voting or not voting counts. You can either determine your destiny or let others do it for you. Black people need to organize and demand our concerns be part of the platform of those that run for political office if they want our vote. In 2016 approximately 58% of white voters voted for Trump. In 2020 approximately 57% of white voters voted for Trump. The difference in 2020 is more non whites voted for Biden-Harris. I have seen numbers ranging from low 90s to high 80s percentile of Blacks voted for Biden-Harris in 2020. Black voters put them in office. It is possible for two democrats in Georgia to win the senate races in the runoffs. Blacks may have turned Georgia blue because Biden is ahead there.

I've no reason to vote for either Biden or Trump, in fact I'd happily vote against them.

I think black people should vote for what policy will help them in their lives, whether that's universal health care, or lower taxes. People have to weigh what's best for them and where they want to be. There are garbage in each race, but I also believe most of people in any race are good and want to be better. I don't even think all black should vote for Trump, but please think what's really important in your life and vote based on that. Is family more important? Is lower tax more important? Is national security more important? Is your religious belief more important? Is law and order for your and your family's safety more important?
