Celestyal Cruises Greece - Our Experience Cruising The Greek Islands

In July 2023, my family boarded a Celestyal Cruise for a seven-night Aegean Sea odyssey through the Greek Islands.
Our visit would take us from the port of Kusadasi, Turkey, through the islands of Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, and Milos before two days of adventure on the Greek mainland in Athens and Thessaloniki.
We aren't your typical "cruise family," instead opting for self-guided adventures, but this cruise gave us ample opportunities to experience some of the most awe-inspiring destinations in Greece at a very relaxed pace.
The ship was excellent, the crew was professional, courteous, and attentive, and the experience was exactly what we were looking for: a Mediterranean cruise that was focused more on the destinations that we were visiting than on keeping us on the boat.
Our Celestyal Cruise through the Greek Islands gave us a chance to connect to local experiences and meet amazing people, all while enjoying wonderful food, lots of comfort, and a friendly environment.
