The fact is that you have to use Tailwind UI if you want a direct comparison with Bootstrap

Tailwind do have pre made components you just have to look for for example hyperdev, mamba ui or windy-ui😊

with tailwind, you can build your own design system.

When we use Tailwind we mix html and css in the same document, this is useful if we work on a JavaScript framework like angular or react just imagine exporting a component that include its css with it ! But if you work on a php framework like laravel, drupal or magento I believe this tech is not recommended because using separate css files and having just css classes attached to our html elements make it very efficient and easy to maintain
