BMW E36 328i vs BMW E36 328i

Two lightly modified BMWs both with 2800cc engines.

The green one is with a M52B28TU engine (doubel Vanos) and the black one is with a M52B28 (single Vanos) with M50B25 intake plenum..

Which one is faster?

The black one is faster but the driver is reving to high mostly in the limiter, with an m52 you have to shift without releasing the gaspedal at 6000. the good drivers let program their limiter to 6900 (not 7200 because oilpump nut failure, on m52b28 to high vibrations at 7200) and than you can shift at 6500 with full throttle. And now kids you are ready to race 😂

Unfortunately, there is no M50B28.
Its only existing the M50B25 engine. (325i)

That 335d is smokin'.... quite literally. Obviously had its DPF removed! Miss my old montreal blue 328i :'-(

Why are people assuming it's a 335d can be a 320d or 330d or 318d or a pd130 swaped 316i, who knows what's going on there, I would bet it's a 320d with repro tho

it's just impossible that a supercharged 335i or 335d e90 stay behind a 328i e36
just full stock, e90 3.0 twinturbo can beat M3 e36, so a 328i....
for me, in this video it's a 320d with ECU and 335i rear spoiler, same for the sound, it look likes more 4 cylinders diesel than 6...

Посред бял ден гонки в трафик, не е айляк... А и спирането на движението също не е гот, недай си боже някой неопитен да кривне малко и всичките гърмят. Няма лошо да си правят кефа, но посред бял ден според мене е опасно, именно заради движението. Недай си Боже и някой пешеходец да изкочи, после цял живот ще съжалявате...
