I am getting 150/160 with a turf 8kg on mine. I have a sleeper breech and my brass goes right to the end of the nerf barrel... I need to test mine with the strongarm 7.5kg turf sleeved over the 8. I believe that's what Chris uses to get 200fps

So, I've worked on the Sharpfire quite a bit and have used Chris's Mauser. I'm curious how the back part of your bolt looks. I am also using a sleeper style breach for the same reasons, but am wondering if you are losing power in the plunger cup to barrel. I neck that down to 15/32 brass or 7/16 aluminum depending on what I have available that goes right up to the dart and everything else between is deadspace filled. This is for my personal Sharpfire, not quite the same as the kits I had been selling because this wasn't easy to drop into a blaster as a kit. I'm getting around 170s-180s now with this old pistol. Didn't reach Chris's 200, but got close in mid 190s.
