Who am I?
Expert singing teacher, specialising in teaching children and young adults in singing and musical theatre. She has worked with the likes of The Saturdays for MTV, on shows such as Just the Two of Us for the BBC and many more. Throughout her years of teaching she has judged in many competitions, judging Lucy Spraggan, George Samson, amongst others who have gone onto succeed in the business.
I am the founder of Vocaltutor, (founded 2003) the UK’s largest vocal and singing tuition network and now The New Foundry Studios which opened in 2013.
I have worked with BBCTV on Just the Two of Us, with many celebrities including Natasha Hamilton of Atomic Kitten, plus has worked for ITV on many children’s TV programmes including The Worst Witch, as their vocal coach.

she's amazing. from chest to mix to head....her voice just does what she wants it to do and sounds great doing it. has it all. Her guitarist you see with her most often is Mateus Asato and he's just as good at his own instrument.

My favorite note of hers is that "crazy". Her voice is so incredible. I don't know how Simon Cowell found her annoying at the American Idol audition 😒

Undoubtedly one of the best vocalists of this generation yet incredibly underrated; tbh, I think it's because she hasn't sold her soul plus she sticks to her principles & mostly writes & sings about meaningful things. She even explains it in her song *"Funny".*
On American Idol, she sounded great, however it seems like Simon wasn't a fan of her tone (most likely because of the twang/nasality in certain parts of her voice, hence calling her voice "annoying")
P.S. I know most call Ariana "The Next Mariah/Young Mariah" but Tori reminds me of 90's Mariah, a lot more. Oh & there's no "Next Mariah" plus Mariah's still young 😏

Lovely voice! I think most other artists singing this way would be considered over-singing (which can be annoying). Tori Kelly seems to sing in such a way that seems so natural and isn't strained.
