Hellah Sidibe - Running Across America on Plants and Positivity

Показать описание

Hellah Sidibe is the first black man to run across America (fueled by plants!) and has been running every day since May 15th, 2017. That’s officially over 2000 days in a row in every weather condition imaginable! This year, he also completed the iconic Leadville 100 Trail Race in Colorado.

And, it all started with a commitment to run just 10 minutes a day.

Five years and thousands of miles later, running is now his primary outlet to raise money for charities, help others find inspiration in their daily lives, and demonstrate the endless power of a plant-based diet.

Thank you Rip, interviewing Hellah. He inspired me to run everyday. Or least attempt it. When he talked about getting out there for 10 minutes, I thought, "I could do that. ". So instead of telling myself that I don't have the time, I tell myself, "At least I could run for 10 minutes. ". You both are inspiring. Thank you.

Hellah...spread the word about how fortunate we are here in America before everyone buys into the current direction. Spread the love of our country. Thank you.

I agree!! What is it about Oatmeal that is so addicting?! I work at a vegan organic cafe and we make a huge batch of organic Oatmeal daily. I Love it!

At a time of terrible pandemics, I think we all should be so positively "infected" by Hellah Sidibe's optimism and excellent positive attitude, particularly on his thinking of a "streak" being whatever we can do each day to make ourselves just a little bit better.

Rip, what a very strange and surprisingly offensive introduction - especially coming from you !

"The first black man to run across the United States of America? " REALLY?
1)Which "white man did this first? And would you be pointing out their "whiteness" if there was one?
2)What's your point exactly, in pointing out his" race"?
3)Do you have records of runaway slaves of America's lynching years to verify your statement of this being a "first?"

Please review your introduction with the necessary sensitivity and respect that it needs. After all, the context of USA is not innocent regarding race matters. He deserves a more dignified introduction.
I hope you will accept this input with humility, sensitivity and respect, and learn from it. Thank you for reading and hopefully receiving this.
