I've been off and on Weight Watchers since 2008. In this series I will talk about MISTAKES to avoid while on WW (Weight Watchers). Oh boy, I have made LOADS of mistakes on my Weight Watchers journey over the years. Learn from me.

I keep a list of easy healthy meals on my phone because sometimes my mind goes blank when I’m planning or shopping.

I agree about avoiding the processed foods and buying new things. I think it’s better to learn to eat properly with foods you normally eat or are real foods.

Your advice is SPOT on! I stick to lean protein, lots of vegetables, and my "splurge" choices are never prepackaged faux snacks. I would rather use points on a little olive oil.

I joined WW in the 70s. The program was different then but very healthy and felt great on it. Over the years I've always gone back to that on my own whenever I wanted to drop a few pounds. I'm doing that now, it's the best way.

She's a wonderful WW coach. I wish that I saw this video the first time I started Weight Watchers. She mentioned some of the mistakes I made and addressed the defeat that I felt when things became too overwhelming and started to feel like a failure. I am on the program for the second time, hoping to attain better results than when I initially began my journey.

Omg! Yes. I love how you mentioned that low point high carb/ sugary snacks are so popular in videos. I made the same mistake and it caused me to gain weight, and my mental health was garbage. I am starting over and trying to not eat as many processed foods.

I am new (after years away and actually having already lost about 80 pounds over the past several years) again to Weight Watchers and I really appreciated the insightful input you provided in this video! This is why I left WW before, I have many food allergies, I am celiac too, long story but I can’t eat all that crap so I was frustrated and gave up . But I am back again and more determined to eat clean !!! Here’s to all of us to make ourselves healthier along the way

This is a wonderful informative video. I rejoined WW 6 months ago after a weight gain after surgery. I decided to stop processed foods, I eat plant based and happy to say at age 71 I lost 20 lbs in the 6 months.. most weeks I lost 1/2 pd a week… little by little I reached goal a 1/2 pound at a time with a few plateau’s…

Thank you!!! #1 was the reason I quite WE back in 2020. Lean pasture raised beef was “bad” but processed junk and fat free everything was “good” - total BS

First video I have watched of yours. ABSOLUTELY the BEST video ever. I got interested in watching some videos and oh my gosh…….. am out of control. Have been shopping more than usual and buying all kind of products I never thought about. I was doing pretty good with just Whole Foods before I got hooked on some videos with grocery hauls. LOVE all you advice and will now watch more of your videos since throughly enjoyed the first one I watched. Thank you so

I have been using the Healthi app for a little over a month. I have just watched this video of yours and you’ve made more sense than anyone I’ve seen. I want to eat the foods I normally eat as a country girl from western KY. But I want to fix them where they won’t be as fattening such as chicken, green beans and potatoes…like you said. That’s an everyday meal for me. Not all this crazy stuff I see people making. Thank you so much.

Great advice! I too just found your channel. I had recently come to the realization that all these “low pt “ snacks were actually hindering me when I could be using my points for something that was actually good for me. Thank you for this video. ❤

Thank you! Thank you! Real food is what I eat, and all the processed fake foods were discouraging me. Doing well with just adapting my regular meal to suit the WW plan.
