I have just signed up with them and using their social trade for copy trades. I am sad to say that their supports sucks. They do not reply to emails promptly and they don't understand the customer predicament and just give you an answer that is as good as no answer.
In short do not sign up with their copy trades on a monthly term cause they deduct more performance fee than that agreed base on their formula. As at this comment my excessive fee paid are not refunded.
