This is great but yall STOP saying “in just seconds”. It took 30 minutes to go to the store, and 10 for the mise en place.

Something wrong with amount of the stock… 100ml means More boiling than stir frying..

Thanks for doing on an outdoor burner! I have the exact same one. I will say, each time is an adventure though. It takes practice to get used to the speed and working the heat. When you wok toss I see you trying to catch a little flame right? This for me where the “wok clock” is a must. I’ve done it without the wok clock and inevitably I forget something or put something too late. It’s a skill for sure!
