I am just barely familiar with you Sarah- but I am hugely grateful after this one batch of information- naturally all my life I have disliked, fluorescence, overhead wash of light, stores with buzzing brights lights
So it is a natural that I am so thrilled to be getting this- all that you share, so informatively and genuinely!!
You are a step above many
Thanks

I’m a little confused about when to eat breakfast? Should I wait until sunrise or do I eat soon after waking? Thanks for all you do! I love your videos and am excited to see how all these changes help me and my family.

Sarah I am new to this. I have orange blockers, the lenses that is. I want to buy Edison bulbs does the wattage make a difference? Not sure which watt to buy. Thank you

Great video as always, love. I rarely have to drive at night but I had to the last couple nights and since I've worked on my circadian rhythm the glare from lights kills me. Do you have any good recommendations on driving after dark? Are there any glasses that help with this etc?

Sarah I know this might be another topic. But what is your opinion on induction stove? We are getting a new kitchen and here in Germany it’s rare to have gas stoves. Should we go electric ?

Thanks for your information!
I’ve got rid of all of my symptoms from leaky gut, sibo, histamine and my gastrointestinalissues with the help of Carrie Benneth and your videos as well as other black swan mitochondriacs.

Thank you so much.

Are we suppose to be wearing the yellow glasses if we work under fluorescent lights all day and have to stare at a computer for 8 hours? I wear the orange ones when I get home if I watch any tv. You saying being in fluorescent lighting can be dehydrating is blowing my mind! No wonder I can’t seem to get a handle on my dehydration in labs. This has motivated me to get outside my office more. It’s huge so takes a while to get to the door but no more excuses!

Thank you for the great points! How i can add color filters to my complicated trifocal prescriptions glasses?

If I don’t want to wear blue blockers in the morning before sunrise, were you suggesting using Edison incandescent Amber bulbs in your home during that 1-2 hrs before sunrise? When should we switch to a full spectrum bulb - right at sunrise or a bit afterwards?

If we dont have the option of replacing bulbs right now...is just using the amber glasses effective?
