Dear Paul sir
Many thanks for giving chance to IATF auditors to clear their doubt's.
I am very thankful to you and IAOB from the depth of my heart for giving us a healthy platform to discuss and clarify our doubt's

1. So if the organization does not have latest updated CSRs i feel it must be an NC

2. If communication verification process of CSRs to process owners for implementation of CSRs in their process is not there it again is an NC

kindly comment

Regards

Dear IAOB team,
If my customers are not IATF OEMs ( Bajaj, Royal enfield, Honda, Suzuki to name few ) is it compulsory to produce CSR?
If we need to produce CSR even for NON IATF OEMs how to convert their Quality manual to CSR?

Thanks a lot Paul! Amazing job putting these together. I have a question regarding internal auditors competences on CSRs. What can be acceptable as evidence for an external auditor to assure internal auditors have the understanding over applicable CSRs? Given that IATF 16949 7.2.3 does not require retained documented information if there was no formal training (e.g. a self study). In that case, should the self study generate some kind of register? If not, would it be acceptable to interview the internal auditor to make sure he/she knows about the CSRs (access to portals or Supplier Manuals, etc)?
Thanks again!

Hi Paul, I am confused, What are the CSRs, if I am TIER 2?

The auditor himself should also sample some of the CSRs to confirm that they are addressed and implemented.
