This is so real for TX. Took a trip to TX (FTW) and the bartender was complaining about all the people from California coming in and driving up housing costs. She had to move farther away from work to afford to live. I said, "that sucks, you lived in FTW all your life?"

As a Californian, California is definitely getting outbof control and I believe it's been years before I even born lol, the thing is, more and more outsiders keep coming to California such as LA, poor and rich, and they just destroyed our dynamics.
Now I moved out to Hawaii to my family who lived in Hawaii for years, and guess what, Hawaii is pretty much the same, rich and poor keep moving to Hawaii, they don't have the "Aloha Sprite", and just being rude to the locals, locals are also had it enough from those mainlanders from US mainland.
Almost every major city in US is facing outsiders flooding their city, not just Austin and not just Texas.
