New Warehouse Build Out Starts NOW!

Huge hurdle cleared now that we have construction permits, we can go full steam ahead and get this warehouse up and running for June move in! Might not look like much now, but plans are to get this move in ready by June 10. Expect to see lots of progress over the weeks in the background on this. 1. Demo 2. Construction 3. Finishes 4. Move in.

Usually don't comment but Rob you are going to have a huge ponding problem at your door when you build that ramp. I'm certain you can cut the guardrail a few feet to give you a couple feet of clearance. Since you have high end customers I'd really take a look at that drainage at the door. Love a construction engineer

3 weeks is a pretty tight timeline imo. If you can get sizeable crews in there right now it could be done.

If water is pouring out the side of the building that could be because your main roof drain is clogged and it's coming out of the over flow system. If you have plumbers on site you should ask them if they can just look to see if thats what is going on.
