If you're new to my channel, my name is Rafael Cintron. I’m the founder of Wealthy Expat, a company focused on helping high-net-worth individuals reduce their tax burdens and gain more financial freedom by becoming expats. Our services focus on guiding clients through the process of obtaining second residencies, citizenships, and creating tax-efficient structures, particularly in low-tax environments like Dubai.

Here’s a bit about my journey:

I’ve traveled to over 80 countries and obtained multiple new citizenships along the way.

In my early career, I realized the constraints of traditional tax systems, which led me to explore legal strategies to minimize tax obligations.

Wealthy Expat has helped over 500 clients navigate international residencies, foreign company setups, and asset protection strategies.

Our team offers top-tier services, handling everything from setting up offshore bank accounts to getting second citizenship by investment to securing Dubai residency and more.

My YouTube channel was started to share my experiences and insights with others who seek freedom and financial security outside of traditional systems.

Today, Wealthy Expat continues to grow, with a focus on empowering clients to protect and optimize their wealth in a world where freedom is increasingly restricted.

Let’s create your path to freedom.

I‘m a Entrepreneur from Germany, but I‘m originally from Turkey, so I do have 2 Passports. Technically I‘m not paying any taxes back in Germany because my business and investments are in Turkey and the UAE. I can use all the European infrastructureonly by paying a small amount of 250€ for my private health insurance. Regarding my turkish citizenship - In TÜRKIYE there‘s no questioning about the source from the money. As a foreigner avoiding taxes is very easy. You can easily buy a property and rent it out while getting the citizenship and relocate your business there to avoid taxes. So summarized I’d definitely recommend it to high figure entrepreneurs. Going more detailed on my videos.

I don’t get how they would know whether you have any particular passport. So you’re saying having a Cuban passport or a Pakistani passport could cause trouble. if you’re going into a different country, wouldn’t they only know about the passport that you present? Or is there some sort of global database that lists all the different passports that one has?

its true, USA citizenship has some seriously negative trade-offs... im cautiously optimistic to one day see the end of double taxation, and cap gains...

Actually Pakistani citizenship has a great value if you have money. "In the land of blind, a man with one eye is kind" Yes it's true in the case of pakistan. If you have 100, 000US$ in a bank or in business it's very easy for you to travel and get a long term visa. Normal people have a hard time to get any visas but if you're above them which is not that hard you have way more privileges than others and you live like a kind. And the lifestyle in Pakistan for the above poor is really great just don't mess with the Army leadership there.

Hi really nice video. I hope you could help me with my questions: 1. Does the US green card bear the same baggage as per the US citizenship? I'm living in Europe, and I don't think I will live in the US for long (I am going to get the green card or citizenship by marriage). 2. I heard that the bill proposing taxing French based on citizenship has failed in the French parliament. Any detailed update about the recent develop in France?
