From a momma-- having your children around family at this age is so important!! You can always make new memories, but you can never go back to yesterday. You guys, Sarah and Derek can always go back to Hawaii to visit. And, can always move back when they are a bit older. The relationships they build now and memories they make will stay with them, and you, forever!! Plus...having a job that lets you afford to travel so much is such a blessing.

My husband and I lived by the ocean when he was in the Navy in 1968. When he got out, we raced back to New Mexico to see my parents. It was great, but we wished we would have just visited Mom and Dad and gone back to Atlantic Beach. We stayed where we needed to stay, but we miss those days so much. 58 years ago and still want to go back.❤. Life happens. Follow your hearts and God. I love your family. Carolyn in New Mexico 😂

I think it’s so great to be around family while your kids are young. Loads of help and bonding with relatives. Hawaii can always be visited and will still be there once they’ve grown.

I always think of you guys in Hawaii because that's where I first met all the Beestons. Jack was ready to be born and Ozzy was so little. I used to think of guys as living the dream cause you were always with your friends, Derik and Sarah were right there. I'm just glad you can go back off and on to visit and enjoy being back. 💗💗💗💗👍🤗🤗🤗🤗👍

It will take a few years to not be "home sick". I grew up with the ocean in my back yard and it was the worst thing in my life to move away from it.
