If frugal Daddy is reading the comments I think he should build some raised garden beds out of old pallets while Amy is away. That would be a great surprise for her when she gets back.Love your walks it is something I can't do at the moment as I have a stuffed left knee and a stuffed right hip that both need replacing. So at the moment I can only walk for about 10 minutes before the really bad pain kicks in.

Nature and criitters heal. Smell the fresh air. And Moose actually are very slinky haaaa hard to believe an animal that huge can just appear. So silently. So you would not see one crashing out of the bush but keep your eyes out deeper in the woods. You might have a sighting. In areas where they live that are open they act more like yes they are allowed there too but they stay back. Chippy is wonderful. And Loons are so magical. Whenever I can be near them I let their music get right into my soul. Enjoy. hugs

I’m so glad u were able to capture the chipmunk. I love chip monks and the scent of balsam fir too!! The chip monk was curious of you as well. So glad u didn’t say a word. I used to think chip monks were baby squirrels until I saw baby squirrels on my garage roof 20 years ago. 🤣 I mentally visualized to the mother that the roof was going to be boarded shut, and that her babies would still be inside. She actually stared at me. And then shockingly, she started taking them out one by one!! I was floored, but so happy. I don’t know how she picked up my message of communication, but whatever, it worked. Sadly, she dropped one, but she came back for it!! Nature is more smarter and wilder than we know!! 🙏🙏🙏
