Damn he summarized the exact same pitfalls and learnings from my past 5 years of startup founding. It’s like hearing myself but with the difference that he has had success in the end. Congrats on successfully using the jobs-to-be-done framework to find problems with real painful consequences instead of building a „solution in search of a problem“!
