I'm coming from a 1070ti so whichever GPU I pick is going to be a massive jump in improvement.

Honestly was about to buy a 2080 (S or Ti, depending on availability) a few days ago since I've been saving for it but elected to wait out Nvidia's announcement first. Glad I didn't get fomo'd.
