Daniel Andrews’ refusal to take media on China trip is ‘not forgivable’

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews’ refusal to bring Australian media with him on a trip to China is “not forgivable,” Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen says.

“There is zero accountability in that,” she told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“And frankly there haven’t been questions answered about whether it is even safe for journalists to go with, we have Cheng Lei in detention, we’ve had two Australian journalists forced to flee China, we are still not sure about the circumstances of that.”
