Microsoft Flight Simulator X Trailer HD

With Microsoft Flight Simulator coming up on its 25th year as a franchise, it's amazing that a series with no guns or missiles has proved to be so long lived and popular.

Then again, there's a reason why Flight Simulator is so durable, as this comprehensive flight simulation lets wannabe and real-life pilots alike take to the skies in a variety of aircraft, ranging from helicopters to light aircraft to jumbo jets.

Flight Simulator is one of the few games that is practically an industry unto itself, as there are countless third-party add-ons (both commercial and free) that add scenery, planes, and much more.

I just watched the FS 2020 trailer, and...dang.

Man, this gives me the shivers! I remember first seeing this, we were all used to FS9... Gosh!!! It was SUCH a step up in graphics! I was like: HOLY SH**! CARS ON THE ROADS?! ANIMALS?! RELECTING WATER?! WAVES?! Then I got it and was so disappointed, because my computer could run it at about 5 FPS. Got a new computer, got it to work... Got to know friends on the internet, the online communities... The sceneries, the google earth-plugin, the PMDG-addons!

Man, this was really much a great game!

I never thought they were going to make a new Microsoft Flight Sim, and now after the E3 announcement I had to come here. So many memories. I remember upgrading to this from FS 2004 and I was so excited. After going from FSX to P3D, looks like I might be returning to Microsoft again after all these years :)

Flight sim x is nearly 10 years old. I used to love it, but now the only way to fly in a simulator is playing Gtav, especially the helicopters. If I get bored with flying, then I could ride a jet ski, motorbike, play golf, tennis and cause mayhem.
I just wish a flight sim, especially a military one, was released today, with graphics to match gtav on the ps4.
