Anna, this video is great. This is the first video about Hongdae that I have seen that is actual informative of the history of the area, but also fun to watch. Keep it coming with the content!!

The story of Hongdae reminds me so much of the West/East Village in NYC back in the 1970's to late 1990's. With NYU un the area a lot of student stayed off campus because it was cheap to live and close to the school. A lot of artist and artist lofts in the area, which created spaces for visual art and alt music to be seen and heard. Just like Hongdae gentrification and big business made it had of students and artist w/o money to live and create in the area.

This is good. Usually, all we see is the fun part, such as food and stuff, but as a tourist, these are the main things that one has to keep in mind. Thank you so much for this, Anna

Hi Anna, I just want to let you know that you are a good tour guide for anybody who doesn't know South Korea or plans on going one day in Seoul. Hope everything goes well with your business, and congrats on your new relationship. Good luck to everything else. 😁🤚

I love that especially when you tell the history of the places you show and do research about them. Your videos are not just in the form of I went there, I ate and drank here. So thank you for that :)

I think Kdrama ‘Age of Youth’ also took place in Yeonnam dong! Its about girls in their 20’s and slice of life genre so when Anna said Yeonnam is more catered towards women it made sense in the kdrama too! Also omg I love these neighborhood vidoes Anna! You are the cool girl! :D

Spent the whole month of February in Seoul and thought I'd seen a lot every day, but your videos are showing me more that I missed, so I will definitely be returning ASAP. I've very travelled to 40 countries (and this was the 2nd time in Seoul), but Korea, IMO, is the BEST ( I KNOW it has faults, but the general vibe is GOOD). Keep up the neighbourhood videos, they give so much context to the whole Seoul experience 💚💚💚

Hongdae tends to get get a bad rep but I absolutely loved it also restaurants are open late and some 24hour so when we went out of seoul for day trips or even just to another neighbourhood we could always come back and relax and know we’d get good food

Although you're doing great, all those subs and raking in the dough, I like how you keep humble and don't even seem to be taking any of this too seriously. I'm sure it's a lot of work but you somehow make it look easy... and that's cool. And that accent is to die for!

DUDE, you hang out with Bella??? Glad to see she is still in Korea having fun!

I was cracking up at how you talk about cafe's marketing strategy with the flowers. Makes girls sound like bees and I love it because it's true. XD
