I completely stopped working out for years then I came across your videos I have about 6 of them "favorited". I mix up the order then dance away! With the help of a better diet and these videos, I have lost 14 lbs and would like to lose another 30 or so. Thank you for making these so fun! It doesn't feel like a workout. I love the way you dance too. Your heart is in it and you can tell it by watching, and dancing along with your videos.
