I enjoyed this quite a bit. I wanna say during my sleep, this music may have given me the key to project myself onto the astral plane and visit my ex’s spiritual mind and discuss our falling out. I have been dealing with quite a few issues of late and stumbled upon this genre of healing music trying to put my 2 yr. old to sleep last week. We had such a good night's sleep (no middle of the night wake up for either of us) that I've been using it ever since. OKE for anyone who just figured out what Solfeggio is and who is skeptical but willing to try, I'll share my own experience. I was skeptical but I've checked with my doctor and he says he has no viable explanation

I had a hemerroid the size of the tip of my thumb (I know but stay with me), hurt like hell, could hardly even go to the bathroom without it hurting for 6 months, very agressive, new ones popped up arround it constantly and generally it's been a real messed up six months, had all sorts of salves prescribed, doctor was at a loss

3 nights, 3 consecutive nights of sleeping with this in the background, it's gone, that's all it took, doctor checked it, he doesn't know what to say or what happened
I was probably as skeptical as you, maybe moreso, this isn't even my channel so I hardly have a reason to lie to you, but if you are skeptical all I can say is give it a try, it might suprise you.

I didn't even use headphones.

10/10 would sleep with again

In my opinión, the whole point of the blackscreen is so you have no light in the room, but my principle important factor is so your tv screen doesn't get screen burn. So if your gonna put a logo in a corner, change its position from time to time so screens don't get the image burn.
