Superb watch. Looks great, great simple to use UI, great battery, i'm really pleased with my upgrade from my old Spartan.

It's a beautiful watch (I have the 9 Peak non-pro), but with minor tweaks it could be improved big time:
1. Customizable watch faces: allow us to put on the watch face whatever we feel like, from its functions. I would like to have the thermometer for cold nights in a mountain tent, for instance. And not searching in the menu for that specific function.
2. Resume activity: if I do a 2 days hike, I will need to exit the activity after day 1 (for having access to its functions) and I can no longer resume it the next day. So a 2 days hike means I need to have 2 separate activities registered, a nonsense.
Hope you can work on these for a future update.

When I tried to get contact with Suunto for advice of what model to buy. I found out that the phone support was replaced with just a chatt. It feels that there has been a decline of Suunto's quality.

Go buy a GARMIN. The watch buttons stick on SUUNTO and their repair process takes 2 months. Can you workout for 2 months with no data tracking or HR?

It sounds more like a running watch now and not a hiking watch I’m a bit disappointed

Nice features but IMHO not good shape --> for big arm watch looks like a toy. Second thing is snorkeling gauguage only for 10 meters. Suunto has a good diving computers so it's nice to see deeper capability in Peak 10 Pro :)

Display is the same as the S9 Peak. It’s too dim and too tiny. That bezel is ridiculous. No support for Maps. No support for Ant+.

So a much needed battery upgrade and literally nothing else new. A pro version watch with the largest bezel out of any of the competition and still no music or maps. You should be ashamed

Nothing new. The desperate try to stay in the game. No offline maps or Music.

No thanks. That they somewhat updated a poor platform already says lots of bad things about the new Chinese owners of Suunto. It's obvious the company no longer has a development budget. The 9 looks and feels great, but that display continues to be a dealbreaker and showed right from the beginning that the company is in decline.
