Hey - I've used calligraphr to make a custom font and I keep running into a weird problem, just wondering if you'v ever run across it. I'm using ligatures for specific characters like Ae, gh etc. and it keeps inserting a blank space next to the character so there's a gap, even though the spacing is just fine before I export the font. Did you have this happen? Thanks

Thanks buddy, I was gonna write a kids and youth book (maybe even a series), and I wanted to use a font that was sorta sketchy, like the Diary of a Wimpy Kid's font. But I found none, and when I decided to create one, couldn't find a free option, so I found out about Calligaphr, and this video helped A LOT. Thanks again, best regards :)

Nice but I'd reccomended turning on the ghost letters so you can just draw it on the sheet, it doesn't normally turn out good looking that way

Thanks for the insights. Why do we need templates? Is it only to know which character I’d used? I’m asking because I’m looking at creating a font with glyphs (symbols) only rather than letters. Many thanks. K

I have a problem...when I try to make multiple fonts, it's "name" is still Calligraphr, so it won't let me install it without replacing my other one. I already tried renaming the file, it doesn't seem to change anything.

what if I just need certain words for a certain line... Can I make a font using just certain alphabet or do I need the whole collection of the alphabet ?
