Показать описание
As a solid uniform sphere (mass = m, radius = r) rolls down an incline (height h, angle theta) without slipping, its Ug is turning into two types of kinetic energy: rotational and translational. Theoretically, determine:
1) the portion of translational kinetic energy
2) the portion of rotational kinetic energy
3) acceleration of the centre of mass of the sphere
4) Force of static friction acting on the sphere
5) Compare the result to a hollow sphere with the same mass and radius, rolling from the same incline
