How to Upload a Book To Amazon

Knowing how to properly upload your book to Amazon for publishing is a very important process to ensuring your book gets published on time. There are many steps that you need to follow in order to set your book up for success.

I’m having issues with publishing my book on the paperback. My cover that I created is to large on the book and my manuscript is overlapping with the pages on the paperback. I need help with the margins and stuff so that they fix on one page. Can someone help me with that bc kindle has a guide but it doesn’t help much

Hi, I created a book on MS Word 2013 in size 5x8inches. Now, when I am converting it to pdf via microsoft pdf, it converts as a4/letter size and there's no other option to print as 5x8inches. even though on the print page, size shows custom page size 5x8inches. still won't print in desired size. please help, I can't wait to publish my first book :)

Hi Dave,

When filling the Title and Subtitle do we have to enter the "colon (:) punctuation mark" after the Title of our book?
Or will it be added automatically once the book is published?
Please check the below example. I'm talking about the colon after the Title (the word beginners).

My e-book was in (pdf) format, I converted it to (kpf) using (Kindle Create) and then I uploaded it to Amazon, and in the item (Kindle eBook Preview) a message appeared saying (Your book cannot be downloaded) I do not know what I should do to solve this The problem I want you to advise me to solve it quickly.
