I find it amazing that your there joking with the workers and encouraging them to have a little fun on the job. Too many people would be too busy bossing them around or complaining about the work. Thank you for giving them a chance
Edit: please stop arguing guys, I just thought it was nice that he was actually interacting with them and they were all having a good time. Every crew is different so some may not like the talking but there’s plenty who’d also love to talk to the owner because it makes them more down to earth. So please just stop fighting and take in a pleasant homeowner who’s interacting with his help and not sitting atop a pedestal

What a great atmosphere to have with your contractor! Every one is working, and having fun. Making progress as you go. I think that’s how it should be. I have had my own ups and downs with contractors who know everything and what’s best for the job. Great work by working together N8te😊

I liked it when you said that about going over to help and Az went but when the guuy picked it up and kinda quickly held it out to Az he backrd off. My thought was, " hey guy, your handing that to the wrong dog helper. Minion is the job site helper" !!! 😂😂

I love watching your content, Nate. I live in Australia, in the beautiful Hunter Valley, 2 hours north of Sydney.
I would love to be on acerage so my 3 horses could live with me. My horses live on property about 10 minutes from where I live.

Next time, use a length of pipe that fits over your bolt. Move it from side to side and it should snap off in 3 or 4 times. Quick and efficient.

That was so sweet the worker offered AZ the tape measure. Made me smile with some tears because good people are hard to come by and it's also amazing how you offer people jobs who need the experience so they can get better at what they love to do
