I appreciate you taking the time to create this content. But, *this was a poor demonstration of the plugin.*
And the reason is because _you left the Release at 2s for the duration of the video._

If you set a faster release, you, and your viewers would have heard a much more distinguishable difference between the settings that you were adjusting because the faster release time would have increased the dynamic range, making everything sound more obvious. Just my 2cents...

cant here any real difference, but then again im only a musician not an engineer

Maybe the sample was not a good choice, or maybe this compressor should be used on everything EXCEPT drums. Because the only version which sounds good, is without this compressor. The snare is always far too loud when the compressor is switched on.
