for those who trying to install it in different directory but it isn't, just try writing directory and then pinokio, it will be Pinokio but write pinokio.

Loving Pinokio 😁 bit of a learning curve but the results so far is great! Is there a way to have a que list show up? It would be nice to know where you are at when doing batches.

Where did you find this magic version of Pinokio that allows you to update apps? The version downloaded from the link (1.2) has obsolete scripts which have no way to be updated. For example, XTTS is the more or less useless version 1.

I'm sorry to say, but my experience with Pinokio does not leave me very impressed at all! All I wanted to do was download and install tts2, and I was completely unable to get any help on that whatsoever. Not to mention that the oobabooga script was outdated as well. Overall, I've decided to remove pinokio from my computer, because the frustration it causes just isn't worth it. And it really looked like such a promising idea!

It works ok on a 1080 ti 11 gb card. Somethings are faster, the AI models that you can also use the cpu cores work seem a bit faster (like face fusion) I have dual 10 core CPUs.
Face fusion is pretty fast, Foocus takes about 4 mins a image. still exploring.

I'd just like to figure out how to access the terminal inside Pinokio...every problem I have references going into the terminal within Pinokio itself, but I can't find how to get in there anywhere.

Thank You so much for making me aware of this amazing tool, however, it'd have been great if the actual focus would have been about "pinokio", and not about the functionality of a sample set of applications it handles, and what those specifically do. Like, why elaborate on the functionality of open-webui when the title of this vieo is pinokio??

gives a "conda value error" and apparently needs something called "classic" running in the background. i have no idea what this means but if anyone knows, this should in theory fix the self installing apps. At this point I feel like this is just as easy as installing automatic 1111 the original complicated way

I have to say installing this is a huge mistake. Filled up the hard drive with stuff that doesn't work, and the uninstall leaves everything behind in the user folder.

I was looking for a way to make content for youtube using my desktop pc, Intel I5-12600k, 128gb ram nvidia GTX 1080 8gb and a kingston 500gb nvme ssd. yea I know a 1080 LOL but its what I have, for now I am not willing to spend the cash for a 40 series card even more so when the 5 series cards are going to drop in the new years, maybe then I can afford a 4090 card but time will tell. for now its enough to play around with and test the various LLMs in a user friendly manner without having to make a linux based VM or muck around the powershell on windows.

either way I wanted to give a thank you for suggesting this program. it saves me teh headaches of mucking about the command line and trying to install things without breakign things, not to mention the costs of the various subscription fees for teh various cloud based LLM's.

Keep up the great work... The more we know... Reading rainbow style ;)

Pinokio doesn't install FaceFusion 3 correctly. You'll end up with a lot of nonfunctional bs on your hard drive...

Looks promising, but doesn't work on any installs for me.
I have to do manual installs instead. Really annoying that it doesn't work.
