I just got fired, and I'm 39 years old. Now that I have 425K saved for an early retirement at age 50, 10K in an HSA, and a property that could yield an extra 200K, what possibilities do I have for a steady stream of income?

What was the point in IIT & IIM education if you end up in content creation ultimately?

I think it's becoming a dangerous trend where major life events like marriage, kids(number of kids), .. are based on the right financial size but not on the right time. Financials are important but time of your life is more important.

The content is more like a relationship advice video than a financial advise video.
Anyways gives a different perspective to listen to All the best to them.

Which Mutual fund Schemes are better whi give good return?

Well everything changes when one have kids! In this case, the savings or invested money is not enough considering they do not have any real estate (or their own home). The most important thing is sequence of return. If Indian stock market crashes or give them negligible returns for 4-5 years then they might have to come back to workforce.
Best wishes to the couple!

Great video! Encourages us to take risks too. They both didnt disclose their PF corpus. I am sure there is 15+ lakh each there too.

Not sure what purpose their interview serves? They've had very mediocre careers, they are mediocre content creators, they have a very humble corpus, it's like me advising on how to master Chemistry after watching Breaking Bad.

16:30 is very very meaningless and unrealistic. I am also in electronic city. Here annual rent itself is 84k only for 2 bhk. he is saying 42k per month!!! looks like he took 5 or 6, 2bhk houses.!!!

People who are commenting negatively miss the point. People are expecting the idealism which people never follow but feel happy in their mind just by sitting and watching. They are just watchdogs and critics. What this couple talking about is the most common corporate people situation. They are experimenting with what they feel is right which other people just think and never do. They are the best example of below quote:-
You can try whatever you like and can have a good life as equivalent to those who are sitting in their comfort zone job but with an edge of lots of possibilities and hopes and happiness 😊. In a way they can connect and inspire most people if you think deeply.
