Not your fault but you were on his ass. You can tell the dude is still learning how to ride. You shouldve given him more space instead of being speed racer all the time. Save some room for less experienced riders.

You were riding his ass cant lie. A newer rider is going to get nervous seeing someone that close

You being close certainly had an effect on that rider, but him crashing was all on him not paying attention to the road and worrying too much about you. So directly your fault, no, but give riders like that more space, especially when you see them rush into turns like this guy did prior to letting you go around him.

Technically not your fault but travelling so close and putting the pressure on him to pass obviously affected him.

Yes it was.. technically you never physically made him fall but you tail gated him on a double yellow line which means no passing until he felt pressured to let you pass. He moves to let you through and runs of the road. In hindsight if you weren't there he would not have fallen. The road is for everyone mate, not a race track

Yes you are guilty, you have to stop driving on public streets so aggressively, on public streets there are all kinds of people, pedestrians, beginners, cars, motorcycles, etc. and if you keep driving like this you are going to cause a disgrace to someone , the street is not yours if you want to drive like you do pay a few hours on a track

You telepathically forced him off the road Bro

You were crowding him, no reason to get that close to what looked like new riders.

0:51 100℅ It's not your fault, because he fell by himself, because he forgot to brake, look at his hands

Looks like he was tryna tell you to pass and wasn't paying attention to the corner definitely not your fault

I like how he used his helmet as the first point of contact with the ground knowing that it’s the most heavily shielded.

0:53 he was riding on the grass, sure he was letting you pass but he gave you WAY too much room.

The rider that wrecked. Has no business riding a motorcycle on that road until he gets more experience

I say, your fault mate. You’re a rider with experience, you could obviously see you’re riding faster than him, the same way you both did to the scooter guy. You practically pushed him to either go faster or get out of the way. It doesn’t end well sometimes.

Def newer rider, i learned quick, keep two hands on the bars.

I bet he moved over the waves wristy on, but during the wave he hit road imperfections that made his front drop, and he put some pressure on the right handlebar. Normally it’s not enough to matter but he was so far over it sent him off road. Probably the next move was to over brake with the front brake and went down, or he got tangled up on the drop off where there’s pavement a few inches higher than the dirt.

If you have some hotshot like wristy behind you, ya move over a bit, but let him pass in his own time, he won’t have to wait too long for an opening on a liter bike even on mountain double yellow.

If he hadn’t done the waive though, it would have been a totally different scenario.
