Step 1) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 2) Press Alt+Enter
Step 3) Use config file to get out of the Windowed mode
Step 4) Use native resolution
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics card

The first fix worked and made the game full screen but now I can’t get past the title screen because neither keyboard or controller work now, why is that?

worked by graphics settings fix to high performance thank you when you try to switch in the games options from windowed mode to No it insta crashes the game they need to hot fix that my opinion but thank you now working in full screen.
