The concept of sustainable happiness, as discussed in this video, aligns well with positive psychology principles, emphasizing long-term well-being over fleeting pleasures.

That speech was so good! People should be aware of having power to making themself happy! It's a gift that they should not waste!

I agree, thanks for your talk I have this kind of attitude and it is spontaneous. It really makes me feel happier. An important clue is not to expect any gratitude. The irony is that it comes naturally because smart people learn by observation, or admiration. They just "copy" you. And it is so worth it!
Being intelligent towards life and others brings you to a much higher level. No successful carreer can give you that if you´re not a good person.

I was expecting a more precise correlation between the SDGs, the personal, community, and global happiness, but it was interesting!

one reason more money does not equate to more happiness in the case of the united states is that the economic growth has been extremely unequal and only truly benefiting a tiny opulent sector

Do your machines make you happy? can they give you a reason to get up in the morning. Can they give you a reason to risk everything?

I wouldn't want a model like North Korea, but the more egalitarian Scandinavian countries do well on the list.

The people haven't been the ones getting more money though. The 1% has been getting more money. So you can't say the depression in this country has anything to do with getting more money. Better redo your research looking into the state of the government we have.
