Do you know why only this charger can charge ROG laptops at full speed 100w? All other third party chargers are limited to 65w. Does the OEM charger send a signal to show that it's OEM??

I'm curious what charging protocol does this charger support? I have a 100w charger from another brand and when plugging it into my Asus rog laptop I get a notification on my laptop charger saying it's not compatible.
