How to export mixer tracks individually in FL Studio 12 (explained in 18 seconds)

I found an over 4 minute tutorial when I researched this, so I thought I'd make it a little more concise.

This is how tutorials about such things should look
Not 8 minutes where they talk about their track, youtube channel, ideology and life biography until minute 6 or so and your job is to randomly skip through the video to find the right part on luck.

Can anyone help me? I want to know how I export individual mixer tracks with the bus signal rendered with them. Right now if export by split mixer tracks, my reverb bus signal will be rendered as 1 wave, but I want the bus reverb signal on my individual tracks.
