SAP Logon and Handling Password with Power Automate | Step-by-Step Guide using Azure Key Vault

I have always been warned about the danger of exposing your SAP username and password which may result in leak of confidential information, which hold back my intention to automate the logon process prior to running other SAP scripts.

Recently, I found out a way to securely store your SAP username and password and pass them into Power Automate to perform the logon automatically, all without exposing your SAP username and password using Azure Key Vault.

I just used this for SAP Logon 800 and was getting the similar errors of "Not all data I removed the " " for system ID, Client and username and Password, basically wherever they were supposed to be, and it worked. I am hoping to know, how can I get an input from a user for different login IDs and passwords, and then login to SAP with those user credentials? so that different users can login rather than just me. Thankss :)

Hi Joel, I have another condition when I logon, it has pop-up with "License information for multiple Logon" as a header and I want to choose/tick a second choice which is "Continue with this logon, without ending any other logons in system" What more I have to type on command after -maxgui in the command line?

Any pointers to fix this? once i click ok it allows me to fill out information then move forward. I am trying to cut out that process and just automatically sign in

Does it matter that there is more than 1 connection on SAP logon, as for me the whole flow ends with the connection window opening and the system waits for me to select one of the connections. We don't use SSO to log in.

sometimes I get a window where it says that same user is logged in on other machine. I want to accept the option available there and continue my flow. But everytime powr automate desktop show an error that it does not find the element.
