Also, I don’t know why but if you give Kirill Marchenko 2nd line nhl minutes when he’s at least 83-84 OVR he grows like a weed, mine went from 84 OVR to 91 OVR in the span of 1 year

You should do a nhl 14 franchise series. it’s so refreshing to go back and experience the best era of nhl games. (Plus it also has the best soundtrack of all time)

Chinakov got a 1 year 1 way 800K deal on April 4th. So... you were more generous than the real Blue Jackets.

there are a few decent-ish Ohio-born players. You know, if you ever wanted to bring them home so to speak.
including J.T. Miller, Dylan Duke, Alex Nedeljkovic, the Sherwood brothers, Jansen Harkins... You already have Cole Sillinger, Jack Roslovic, and Carson Meyer under contract. Owen Sillinger, while being Cole's older brother, wasn't born in Columbus like Cole was. I believe he was born in Regina.

Kuzmenko was ruled out for Calder contention because he turned 26 before September 15th, 2022. He was born February 4th, 1996.... so he was about 7 months too late. However, in game sometimes he is listed as a rookie, sometimes not.

for contracts I would do a 1-2 year gap for what the player wants, for example if a player wants 2 years you could give them 1 or 3 years, or 2

Going to make this mention again, seeing as you forgot during the Edmonton series, GET COLE FONSTAD for the AHL team. Always been a solid player for me, he can grow into a reliable 3rd/4th line NHL player as well.

Columbus was actually 4th in least a.ount of man games missed . Where as Montreal had the most man games missed this season .
