How to use Video Caller ID on Truecaller!

I have tried to fix this feature on my Google Pixel 4a 5g running Android 13, but it's still not working. I emailed back and forth with support but nothing so far has helped. I actually found the Live Caller ID by accident once and it was working. It's a really great feature, but shortly after I started using it, it disappeared and I haven't been able to get it back. The app settings just refer me to the help center, but I've tried all their tips and still nothing :(
