I walk fast 8 hours a day at my job and have been since 2008. I am 42 years old and people say I still look like I am in my late 20s early 30s. Also I don’t diet and still eat horrible like I did when I was in my 20s and teens. But I guess the 8 hours of daily fast walking helps 🤷🏼‍♂️

When you say there were links they actually didn't find any links between walking faster and living longer. All you presented or should I say, all the study presented was correlation. And we all know that correlation does not equal causation. Have a nice day.

I usually go for 3 to 4 hrs of brisk walking, guess I'm gonna live a long time.
