If you have a common Monster it will evolve in level 7. If your monster is Uncommon, your monster will evolve in level 10. And your Rare Monster evolve at level 15 :)

I'm lvl 15, and i have a lvl 19 Gigram, lvl 16 Pandaken and lvl 18 Vapwhirl.

fire lion is a odd fire dragon and it patch so you cant get fire lion any more.
