This song is so comforting. "Within the inner heart I plead, for you to talk to me, I wanna hear all the good and bad, the new stories you have" feels like coming home to someone who loves you and feeling like there's nowhere else you'd rather be. Immediately followed by the reveal that it's the moon talking ("as I drift across the sky, the hour hand turns high"). As someone who's constantly staring up at the moon any time I'm out at night, that whole verse really hit
