I mean, did they even ask if the rescuer can swim? Added to that, does the rescuer know how to rescue a drowning person? As a former lifeguard, I can tell you that saving a drowning person requires a lot more than just being a good swimmer.
Imagine forcing someone who can't swim to rescue a drowning person. Because let's be honest, that's where this is heading.

in otherwords being good cannot be forced it has to come from learning virtue and morals, forced virtue means you dont really care, milton talks way too messy to understand what he's saying
